Shipping Policy:

 

We ship worldwide.

Domestic Orders (within India) are eligible for free shipping.

​

For International Orders, shipping charges are applicable and will be calculated at checkout. Customs or import duties charged when the product reaches destination country, if any, will be borne by the customer.

Products will take approximately 7 working days to be dispatched.

Return Policy:

​

We are currently not accepting returns or exchanges for our products. Please note all the blouses have a stitch margin of more than 2 inches for adults and more than 1.5 inches for kids to allow easy alterations in fit if required. All lehengas have adjustable hooks.

For Domestic orders

Our products are made with highest quality standards and utmost care is taken in packaging and delivery. However, in the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is damaged, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, and the invoice, for an exchange. You need to inform us of the issue within 24 hours from the date of receipt of product with pictures (email to fluttertales@niviandishanvi.com with the subject "returns") so as to initiate the return process. The returned merchandise should reach us within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, our team will inspect the product and based on their judgement, exchange/store credit option will be offered. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Due to any reason, if we are not able to produce/deliver your order piece, you will be offered an alternate option/store credit/refund.

Products that have been customized on customer's request cannot be exchanged/ returned under any circumstances

Goods once sold, on a valid reason confirmed by our team, can only be exchanged for replacement or returned for store credit.

For International orders

We do not accept returns for International Orders.

Refunds:

Refunds will be made only in accordance with the terms herein and in the form of store credit, only. Such refunds would be processed within 5-7 working days of the acceptance for refund request

Cancellations:

Please note that the Orders which are  placed cannot be cancelled.

There may be some orders that we may not be able to accept and must cancel from our side.. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect in the product. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If Your order is cancelled after your payment is processed, the amount paid will be reversed back to your account within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your bank account details for reversal of the amount paid. No cash refund will be done at any point of time.
